1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SHRTX (including the website, browser-first tools, and static resources), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access our services.

These terms are established by VISHWANATH TEC SYSTEMS, the legal owning entity of SHRTX, led by founder Vishwanath Tiwari.

2. Description of Services

SHRTX is an educational content and browser-native utility platform. We specialize in providing practical tools that process data locally in the user’s browser, as well as guides and articles related to web technologies.

  • Local & Static Architecture: Our utility tools are delivered as static assets and run directly inside your client-side browser memory.
  • No Hosting of User Data: SHRTX does not provide file storage, user accounts, or hosting backends for user-created files. Any data processed inside our browser-first tools is transient and resides in your browser memory until closed or cleared.

3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use SHRTX tools and content for personal or professional use, subject to the following restrictions:

  • Prohibited Conduct: You must not attempt to disrupt the platform’s availability, bypass security measures, scrape content excessively, or use our tools to process malicious code, illegal materials, or violate third-party rights.
  • Platform Attribution: You may not redistribute, rebrand, or re-host SHRTX designs, branding elements, tool code, or original articles without prior written permission from VISHWANATH TEC SYSTEMS.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

OUR TOOLS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • Local Execution Risk: Because SHRTX utility tools execute entirely in your local browser environment, you are solely responsible for ensuring your device is compatible, secure, and has sufficient resources.
  • No Liability for Data Loss: SHRTX, VISHWANATH TEC SYSTEMS, its founders, and developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, device crashes, or operational errors resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.

5. Compliance, Advertising, and Third Parties

Our platform is hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages) and integrates standard operational systems, as disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

  • Advertising Support: You acknowledge that third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense) may be displayed on the platform to support our operations. You agree not to maliciously interfere with or spoof these advertising delivery mechanisms.
  • Compliance Alignment: We design our policies to align with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and other regional digital safety guidelines.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the SHRTX platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. The date of the last revision will be updated at the top of this page or noted in the sidebar. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
