SHRTX is operated under the business identity of SHRTX TECHNOLOGIES, which is a trade name of VISHWANATH TEC SYSTEMS, India.

1. Sponsorship Meaning

Sponsorship on SHRTX refers to a commercial relationship where a brand or organization supports the platform in exchange for clearly labeled acknowledgements and placements. Sponsorship is intended to provide value to our users by highlighting relevant products and services.

Important Clarification: Sponsorship does NOT constitute a guarantee of product endorsement, a purchase of tool rankings, direct access to user data, or control over the SHRTX product roadmap.

2. Eligibility Standards

We maintain high standards for potential sponsors to ensure relevance and quality for our audience. Eligible sponsors should demonstrate:

  • A clear and verifiable business identity.
  • Legitimate and transparent product or service information.
  • Relevant fit for our audience of developers, designers, and productivity-focused users.

We prioritize alignments with developer tools, productivity software, privacy/security utilities, and educational technology.

3. Restricted Categories

SHRTX reserves the right to reject sponsorship requests that involve misleading offers, harmful products, spam or deceptive backlink schemes, or categories considered high-risk or incompatible with our platform values.

4. Editorial Independence

Sponsorship agreements do not grant control over the technical architecture, tool functionality, privacy rules, or independent content produced by SHRTX. Sponsorship does not change SHRTX technical decisions, browser-first design principles, or privacy practices.

5. Data Boundary

SHRTX does not sell user data to sponsors. We maintain a strict boundary between commercial placements and user information:

  • Sponsors do not receive access to tool inputs or local files processed by users.
  • Sponsors do not receive personal user datasets.
  • Sponsors do not have access to internal first-party analytics infrastructure.

Our first-party analytics are used exclusively for SHRTX operational intelligence to improve the platform.
